Pale and luminous in colour with delicate hints of peach and melon, the nose opens with notes of linden blossom and jasmine before revealing aromas of vine peach, apricot and pomegranate. The palate is fresh and finely balanced, with flavours of citrus and tangy red fruits bringing vibrancy and finesse. Delicate yet persistent, it finishes long with a refreshing mineral edge. We recommend to drink as an apéritif, or with grilled seafood, summer salads and Mediterranean dishes
