Perfect with grilled fish , especially oily fish such as sardines and mackerel, chargrilled squid.

Vinification details
Harvested early in the morning to keep the freshness of the grapes. Low level pneumatic pressure is then applied after a light coating maceration (8°C for 6 hours). Fermentation at 16°C after a clean racking of the must. Matured in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for 6 months.
