My Default Honey

I love honey. I do sometimes buy local honey at 2 or 3 times the price, and they are nice. I cannot always support my local crafters so I buy this. It is consistently nice.

Delicious and pleasurable

Fruity and sweet, but also creamy. Eating a spoonful by itself I can almost taste fresh baked white crusty bread and butter. Texture is like midway between set and runny.

really smooth and tasty

We love this honey. We make oat energy balls with it too, just porridge oats, Peanut butter and honey rolled in balls yummy

bit runny for my liking

I prefer a much firmer honey. Taste is ok. I was sent this as an alternative but wouldn't buy it out of choice

thick and easily spreadable for morning toast, good in drinks as sweetener also, not brillinat flavour but good value
