Lovely little mug

I have a set of 8 different wildlife mugs made by Wrendale, and happened to see this while shopping online. They wash up beautifully in the dishwasher, made of Royal Worcester, and are a good size without being too big. This, I thought, was rather appropriate for this time of year, and I was delighted to be able to add it to my set - at a reduced price, to boot. Lovely mugs and recommended.

Disappointed

Purchased one mug to see if a set of four might make a nice present. Glad not to have purchased four! By my lights this product is not nice or even cheerful thanks to its quality and design. Sorry. Perhaps only me, but the tag tied onto the mug is the best part of it. The bottom of the mug does not say "fine bone china" as advertised and as the attached tag says. Correct? The cup simply lacks a nice feel and nice toning. I'd tried to purchase a Bridgewater cup (although not bone china either, Bridgewater imo is well designed, cheerful and honestly advertised), but those cups were sold out. As said, far from delighted.
