The climate and soil of the region, as well as our know-how, form a harmonising combination and give the wine both freshness and complexity. Vinification details
In the small quintas, grapes are put in small rectangular wicker baskets which are then brought to the vats. In the big quintas, grapes are poured in big metallic tubs which are the brought to the vats by trucks. Nearly all the grapes are picked manually. Grapes are carried out in baskets of about 60 to 75 kg. Then they are crushed & pressed with feet. The first pressing, named ¿corta¿ lasts 4 hours. After that, the grapes are resting during all the night & then they made another pressing the day after.
