Smoothie oats turn any cold drink into a smooth snack.
It's just made of oats, so there's nothing artificial and no added sugar; you won't get an energy rush then crash.
The oats are cleverly milled so they dissolve into a deliciously textured drink. That's all there is to it: just scoop, shake and drink

Like most of these health products, I usually try and hate the first time, however, I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and believe it is something I will regularly have for breakfast. I followed the breakfast blend, 2 tbsp of the oats, 150ml-ish of almond milk and half a banana. Was delicious and filling. Will definitely buy more.
I was so sceptical
Received these to review and thought theyd be consigned to the back of the cupboard after one tasting. How wrong I was! I mixed them into my usual almond milk and hey presto, a boosted, oaty drink perfect for a quick brekkie or snack. Will be purchasing again
best breakfast smoothie
I mix these with frozen blueberries & cherries, almond milk and some vanilla extract for a delicious low carb breakfast that keeps me going until lunch. I wouldnt eat them on their own, but thats not what they are intended for. Thanks Rude Health for a great product.
Would not recommend to anyone. Bad taste.
Apart from the fact it's really much too expensive, I thought the pint about these drinks is that they're organic - why isn't this?!
Highly recommend it
It has been in my weekly shop for a year, almost, and I keep enjoying the texture and flavour it gives to my breakfast. I also found it very practical to take to the office when I am late for work, not to mention how easy is to add a boost of health to my daughter's breakfast.
