Ever since we mixed our first porridge, we've been a wee bit obsessed with oats. We loved them so much, we turned them into a drink. And because oats have their own natural fats, they blend into a rich, creamy alternative to milk.
How we like it
Drench Rude health gluten free Honey Puffed Oats. Enhance the oatful plenty of porridge. Use liberally for lighter pancakes, curries and cream soups. Pumpkin soup happens to be extremely oat-friendly, but it's not alone. Hungry for more ideas?

to me its the best !
I bought it several times by now and prefer it to other brands because it tastes sweeter (even though no sugar etc added) and by that works better for me as a milk substitute. It tastes deliciously in coffee and stays homogeneous.
hits the spot
Perfect for tea or cereal. Other brands I find really sweet but this has no after taste and guts the spot.
Awful oat milk
This oat milk has a very unpleasant, off aftertaste. I have tried almost all the brands out there and this is the worst, by a large margin.
weird after taste
I didnt enjoy this at all and its more expensive than Oatly too so Ill be sticking with that.
Not nice, I had two cartons and both had a very bitter aftertaste.
Drinking sunflower oil???
not as good as other Rude Health products. Never understood why brands ruin their products with oils?
