It' simple: We take organic Italian almonds, roast them and combine with spring water to create this subtle, creamy drink. It's our ultimate version of a nut milk first enjoyed by ancient Persians, thousands of years before it reached the coffee shops of London, Amsterdam and New York.

Good with reservations
There is no doubt is is a superb quality product. However, it does not work in warm drinks, goes like sour milk. A tough call, it's really got all the bells and whistles, but I'm after best plant milk for tea and coffee (it was just warm not boiling and still curdled. Darn it!
Almonds and water, and that’s all
I wish more products could be like this...almonds and water and that’s it. No thickners, sweetness, nothing. Make sure to shake up the carton every time you use it to distribute the almond within the water. I think this may be why past reviews have said it is bland. It’s not, it’s delicious and creamy and very tasty. With porridge and smoothies and to make chia pots this is perfect. If you want to lose weight look at your overall diet rather than worrying about a bit of almond milk here and there.
Don't drink this if you want to lose weight
Over 3 grams of fat per 100g of this. I started drinking this in the morning with my porridge and soon realised I was gaining weight.. I then looked at the back and it has over 3 grams of fat per 100g! Also it's tasteless and bland. I recommend the other Rude Health options - they are less fattening and taste better :)
This is DELICIOUS!! It contains no additives and is organic. It is creamy, tastes divine, is perfect on cereals and porridge, and heavenly as a drink on its own. Great in tea and does not curdle too much in coffee - just give it a good stir. It also makes delicious vegan rice pudding with Biona Organic Pudding Rice and organic maple syrup. I also love Rude Health Cashew Milk, Plenish Almond Milk, Cashew Milk and Oat Milk, and Provamel Cashew Milk. The only downside with this is the price - Plenish Almond and Cashew Milks contain exactly the same ingredients but are significantly cheaper, so I tend to buy Plenish on a weekly basis and Rude Health when they are on offer. Shame, as I love all Rude Health products and highly recommend this brand!
No flavour, tastes like water!
Not sure if I bought a dodgy carton but this literally has no flavour other than water?! I usually buy the brown carton of the same brand and that has a lovely almond taste, thought I'd treat myself to this premium version and am really disappointed. I'll go back to the original and won't waste my money on this again. Shame.
Best almond milk out there
I made the switch to almond milk when I became ill and I couldn’t eat anything. Almond milk being alkaline was the only thing I could digest. I tried the Rude health, brown carton and that was lovely, but reading the ingredients made me feel that I needed to to try pure almond milk, nothing mixed with it. This almond milk has no added anything. It’s creamy, delicious, goes well in my cereal, Indian tea and makes a delicious turmeric milk. Super delicious and have converted most vegan friends to use this one.
