Italian almonds are drenched in sun and drenched in rain. That's why they're so delicious, and so sustainable.
If you grow almands somewhere dry
*cough* California *cough*, it hurts the flavour and the planet.
Almonds, Pure and Simple
We take lightly roasted Italian almonds and blend with water. And that's it.
Subtle and creamy, it's the ultimate for a reason. Pour over cereal, whizz into a smoothie or glug straight from the glass.
Rude for life
Good food and drink should rock your world.
It should tantalise your taste buds and put a spring in your step. That's what we believed when we started mixing cereals in our kitchen in 2005, when we created gobsmacking dairy-free drinks in 2013, and it's still true today. Live rude!
We didn't make this drink organic because we're hippies. It's because we're foodies.
So we like to source ingredients from farms where they don't dose their crops with chemical insecticides or artificial fertiliser. It turns out that wildlife prefers organic farms too. Win-win.
You're in rude health when... you float your own boat.

Why not Spring Water ?
For a product at this price point & organic, should be using high quality water - given the very high % of water ! Not good enough.
separates on use with tea, terrible flavour
I’m lactose intolerant, I buy this companies product frequently. best before date is 6 days from now, even though recently purchased. Taste is rancid. Disgusting.
Nice that it doesn't have any of additives that some of the other brands have, but £3.30 for one carton is ridiculous!
Bitter, wont buy again.
Good but prefer Plenish
I tried this as an alternative to my favourite Plenish which I have been buying for years. This is good, but nowhere near as tasty or flavoursome as Plenish Organic Almond Milk. They have identical ingredients in slightly different proportions - Plenish 5% organic almonds vs Rude Health 6% organic almonds (the other Rude Health Organic Almond Milk alternatives only contain a tiny percentage of organic almonds and are filled out with organic rice). Both brands are organic with no additives like oils, stabilisers, emulsifiers or flavourings, just two or three simple clean organic ingredients. I was surprised that, although Rude Health has 6% almonds and Plenish 5% almonds, Rude Health has a weak, watery, slightly bitter flavour and tastes less creamy than Plenish - with Plenish the clean, creamy depth of flavour is exceptional. However, both are perfect with cereals and porridge, lovely in tea and coffee, gorgeous as a drink on their own (cold and warm). Also brilliant in cooking. I would always choose Plenish over this, but Rude Health is a good back-up alternative.
