This product contains raw fish and must be cooked according to the instructions.
Remove all packaging
For best results pan fry
Pan fry: Fry in a little oil over a medium heat for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
Oven:
180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4 12-14 mins.
Preheat oven.
Place on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven.

lovely fish
Great value when its buy 3 for a £10. I did a veggie crispy noodle dish as an accompaniment and the fish was more than adequate in size with this. we should all be eating less meat/fish and filling up on the veggies.

Rancid
Ive bought this a couple times. Always smells rancid and stinks to high heaven. Texture is weird and soft. I wont be buying again. Ocado brand is better.
