I thought I'd try these while they're on offer. I cooked them on the day I received them so they would be as fresh as possible - just pan fried with a little lemon juice. They don't have a strong flavour and the fillets are quite thin so 1 pack with 2 fillets each was ok for my 2 teens & I. At 3 packs for £10 it's reasonable but a bit of a stretch at full price.
Its difficult to fault this product! We make a habit of eating seafood a good few days before the expiry date, just to make sure its fresh, which is perhaps why we havent had an issue with the fish being bad. Its fresh, of a good size and price. Whether baked, in a chowder or simply fried. Lovely!
