Salmon Side with Lemon & Dill Butter
Step 1: Place Salmon Skin Side down on a baking tray
Step 2: Thinly spread softened butter over whole side, lightly season with salt, pepper and lemon juice
Step 3: Bake in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes. Once cooked, generously sprinkle over fresh chopped dill and serve. Enjoy!

Cooking guidelines
190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5, 25-30 minutes
Preheat oven. Loosely wrap salmon side in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven.
