Preparation and Usage
Oven cook - From Chilled. This product contains raw fish and must be cooked according to the instructions. Remove all packaging. 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 18-23 mins. Preheat oven. Loosely wrap fillet in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Take care when opening parcel as steam may escape.
