Good vegan white sauce

However, please make a bigger jar!! This barely does a standard size lasagne

Useful cupboard sauce for a quick veggie lasagna

Really useful standby sauce that we use in aubergine and courgette lasagna. Needs a good tomato sauce and the addition of parmesan.

Awfulness in a jar

Quite simply taste and texture are about the same as White copy paper thats been put in a watery blender and then boiled up. Its utterly vile. You have to be desperate to buy this stuff.

amazing

Perfect in a vegan lasagne or as in a cheesy tomato/veg pasta!

No taste

Might visually resemble ‘white sauce’, but zero taste and absolutely no point in adding to any dish. You’d be better off tossing your pasta with olive oil with a bit of garlic and fried onion, or even adding a bit of vegan cream to fried onion and garlic, this product is probably one of the worst vegan substitutes we’ve tried to date.
