Serving suggestions
With its zesty flavors and lively acidity, this versatile Riesling pairs beautifully with a variety of cuisines, making it an excellent accompaniment to seafood or spice-infused dishes.
Winemaker
The grapes for this Riesling are harvested from a single vineyard in the Blind River area of the Awatere Valley, a sub-region of Marlborough known for producing wines with concentrated citrus expression. The fruit is fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to retain the freshness, intensity, and varietal characteristics of the grape.
Vinification details
