Located along France's Mediterranean coast, wedged between the Rhône River and glitzy Côte d'Azur. Provence is famous for its lavender fields and more importantly, rosé wines, the only wine region in the world focusing on it, having a research institute in the development of the unique style.

Bright and pale in colour with an intense bouquet of red fruits and hints of citrus. On the palate, the wine is lively and expressive with a long finish.

Grapes are pressed gently with pneumatic presses to keep the tannins supple. The must is then settled to give a clear juice prior to alcoholic fermentation. Grapes are harvested at night to maintain freshness.
