Santa Maria Taco Medium Seasoning Mix 28g

To cook Minced Beef Tacos for 4, simply...
1 Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a large frying pan.
2 Add 500g of lean beef mince and cook over a high heat until well browned.
3 Reduce the heat, add the contents of this sachet and stir to coat the mince.
4 Add 100ml water, bring to the boil and simmer gently until the mince is cooked and the water has evaporated.

Beef Tacos
Serves 4
400-500g minced meat
1 tbsp oil
100ml water
1 sachet Santa Maria Taco Seasoning Mix
8 Santa Maria Plain Flour Tortillas/12 Taco Shells

Toppings: Finely sliced lettuce, dice tomatoes, grated cheese, soured cream and salsa.

How to prepare: Fry the mince with oil until brown. Add the seasoning mix and water.
Continue ti cook for a further 5 minutes. Heat the tortillas/taco shells and fill with meat and toppings.
