Soy & Chilli Dressing
Whisk together 100ml soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp dry sherry (optional) and 3 tbsp Sarson's Malt Vinegar.
Stir in 1 tbsp brown sugar and a seeded and finely chopped red chilli.
Stir through hot noodles or drizzle onto grilled fish.
