Saucerer Wild Mushroom & Truffle Oil Pasta Sauce

Inspired by a traditional mushroom ragu, this was a recipe that couldn't be rushed. Slow cooked for deeper, more layered flavours, we've used 5 different types of mushrooms and a generous glug of black truffle oil to create a rich, umami yet surprisingly creamy sauce without any lactose, cheese or shortcuts. We hope you'll agree it was worth the wait.

Drain pasta & put back in pan - Save some pasta water!
Stir in sauce & a 1/4 cup of pasta water
