TASTING NOTES: Matured in ex-American oak barrels, this liquid is crafted by our makers, capturing the soul of Orkney is every drop.
NOSE: Notes of fresh slices of pineapple and mango ice cream lead into notes of moreish crème brûlée, honey topped pancakes and cinnamon buns with a hint of citrus peel.
PALETTE: Notes of apple stewed with warming spices and served with vanilla custard pairs with light notes of banana, charred oak, and milk chocolate.
FINISH: Fruity and spiced
