Up your air frying game!

- For 2 servings use 2 tbs seasoning.
- Sprinkle over 300g diced meat or vegetables, toss to coat and spray with oil. Cook in an air fryer at 200°C for 10-12 mins, or until cooked through. Shake half-way through.
- To glaze, combine 2 tbs ketchup and 2 tbs honey in a bowl, add cooked meat and veg and then pop back in the air fryer for an extra 2 mins..
