​​Try this Five Spice Beef recipe: Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok and stir fry 450g beef strips over a high heat for 3-4 minutes. Add the Chinese 5 Spice Seasoning, 100 gram sliced mushrooms and 1 red pepper and cook for another minute. Add 1 tablespoon each of dark soy sauce and black bean sauce and 2 teaspoons of cornflour paste and stir thoroughly until thickened. Simmer for 1 minute before serving.
