Hints & Tips...
For a delicious risotto, fry 225g (8oz) arborio rice and 1 finely chopped onion in a sauté pan with 1 tbs oil, for 2-3 minutes. Stir in 600ml (1 pint) water, 150ml (1/4 pint) milk and the sauce. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Add 225g (8oz) asparagus tips and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in 225g (8oz) cooked prawns and warm through.
