Try this Steak & Chip recipe: Cut potatoes into chips and bake them until golden and crispy. Meanwhile, place the steaks on a chopping board and sprinkle over the steak seasoning. Cook the steaks under the grill or in a griddle pan, for 2 minutes on each side for rare, 4 minutes each side for medium, or 6 minutes each side for well done. Serve it with seasoned chips.
