Surprisilngly versatile
very useful , well balanced combination of ingredients
Not even close
Not a dreadful seasoning , but thisisnt even from the same planet as real zaatar; the flavour and texture are both wrong, and what on earth are coriander, cumin and oil doing in it?
The missing link!
This is what gives your dish that zing, that kick, that thing! My Lebanese friend gave me a pot of authentic zaatar from home, which was absolutely gorgeous. But I like Schwartz's even more! It packs a punch!
Delicious On pork
This reminds me of coriander seed. A flavour i haven’t tasted for a while. Delicious on pork. My new seasoning of choice. Buying more!
Nice
Added a nice flavour to chicken. Keen to experiment on other dishes
Something new
I cook a lot for my family but have never used Za’atar as a seasoning, I used it with chicken and it added a different flavour and tasted delicious! I’ll be looking for other recipes to use it.
