LIVE Colour + Moisture Ultra Lightener LO9 is a permanent vegan formula lightener designed for light brown to dark brown hair and all hair textures. Your hair will remain healthy and supple by using our pre-colour serum which is applied from root to tip to inject extra moisture into hair cuticles, and the post-colour conditioner, packed with purple pigments to help neutralise unwanted yellow undertones.
