To start
1 Carefully pull off the front of the dispenser.
2 Pull tape through opening and onto blade. Carefully re-fit back of dispenser.
To use
3 Place between index and middle fingers, blade pointing towards thumb.
4 Dispense desired amount of tape & cut by tearing across blade.
Refill with Sellotape On Hand Matt Refills.
