Tteokbokki recipe
Ingredients: 1 cup (150 g) Sempio tteokbokki sauce, 300 g rice cakes, 1 cup (150 g) water, some fish cakes (Eomuk), some onions & green onions
Prep.
Cut fish cakes and vegetables into bite size pieces.
1. Pour water and rice cakes into a pan and bring to a boil for 2 minutes or until rice cakes becomes soft.
2. Add Sempio tteokbokki sauce and additional ingredients. Stir well on medium heat for 3-5 minutes and serve.
Tip
Try replacing rice cakes with short pastas.
