ok
Pretty standard fish oil. Also has vitamin D so its quite good value! I think the strength is a bit weak. Compared to my old bottle of another brand this one has only half the amount of EPA.

I do think my joints have improved since I started these a couple of months ago.

Better than H\x26B
When you read the details of the ingredients these are slightly stronger than the equivalent from H&B. Having had problems with H&B I'm so pleased I can buy these on the ordinary grocery shop.
