Really boosted teenage daughters moods
Purchased these for my 17 year old daughter after a recommendation. I was sceptical but after 4 days she came downstairs and said she felt better already. Whether a placebo effect or not, she is still routinely taking them 4 months on. As she hates swallowing tablets Im taking this as evidence she really does feel better. She says she feels lighter and its got rid of the worst dips in mood she previously suffered with.
Good Value
I bought these when they were on offer which made them good value. I definitely feel better in myself for taking them and although I struggle with large tablets and these are large to me(!) I always manage them so will keep taking them .
Good food supplement
Great product. Nicely packaged. You never really know the difference these food supplements make, but I think these are doing me good.
