Just fry your chicken adding the Butter Chicken paste for an explosion of flavour and finish by adding the Butter Chicken sauce and simmering until cooked through. This Butter Chicken dish works great with chicken, paneer or cauliflower.

Butter Chicken Curry Kit
Add: 300g diced chicken.
1 Simply fry the diced chicken in a little oil until browned, then add the butter chicken paste and fry for 2-3 minutes.
2 Add the butter chicken sauce and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve with rice, Sherwood's flame-baked naans and tangy mango chutney.
Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
Works just as well with tandoori chicken, paneer or cauliflower tikka.
