Tasty but goes off very quickly

Whilst this is a really tasty and authentically-flavoured sauce it does go off very quickly, despite being kept in the fridge below 4 degrees Centigrade. Worth thinking about if you live alone like I do. I daresay a couple or a family would get through a jar of this before it had a chance to go off.

Nostalgia

Every now and then I get a yearning for a good Chinese curry sauce. This one is lovely with just the right amount of curry taste with sweet&sour and heat.

Not really

This isn't a patch on my favourite, powder based Chinese curry sauce which I have to go elsewhere to buy at the moment as Ocado can't/won't stock it. The Sharwoods offering had a strange, sweetish taste and wasn't particularly flavoursome. I'm not a convert I'm afraid.

stick it over your chips. Winner Winner. Good chip shop style sauce

Like a katsu curry

We heat this and pour over breaded chicken to make a ‘katsu’ style curry with rice. Yum.
