Recipes
Recipe Suggestion - Chicken Madras
1: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add 2 cloves of crushed garlic, 1 tsp of chopped ginger, 2 chopped onions and fry for 15-20 minutes until soft and golden brown.
2: Add 4 tbsp of Sharwood's Hot Curry Powder to coat the onion mix and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add 3 chicken breasts (diced) and fry for a further 10 minutes.
3: Add 480ml of water, 3 tbsp tomato purée and simmer for 20 minutes until meat is fully cooked then serve.
