This duck leg is prepared and trimmed by hand and marinated with a subtle combination of garlic, black pepper and herbs before being slow cooked in duck fat to produce confit duck legs that are meaty, succulent and very tender.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Remove packaging and place on a wire rack in a baking tray. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6 for 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly heated and piping hot throughout. Carefully remove from the oven and serve. Do not reheat.

Storage:
Fresh: Keep refrigerated between 0°C and 4°C. Once opened consume within 24 hours and always by use by date shown. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by use by date shown. Use within one month of freezing.
Frozen: Keep frozen at -18 C. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
