300g cherry tomatoes
75ml single cream
180g penne pasta

Fry the chorizo and tomatoes with the garlic & rosemary mix
Add the rustica-paste to the sauce
Tip the red pepper sprinkle in and pour in the cream

Get prepped
- Check that the flavour pot labels match those listed in the recipe.
- Halve the tomatoes
- Thinly slice the chorizo

1. Get the pasta on
- Cook the pasta according to pack instructions.
2. Fry the tomatoes simply
- Heat a pan over a medium heat (with no oil), add the chorizo and fry for 2 mins.
- Add the tomatoes and the
1 Garlic & rosemary mix tip and cook for 2 mins to soften.
- Stir the 2 rustica paste into the pan.
3. Make the sauce
- Add the 3 red pepper sprinkle
- Pour in the cream, mix well and let it bubble gently for 3 mins.
Check food is piping hot and cooked thoroughly. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Tip
Drop a knob of butter into the pan just before the tomatoes go in, to make a smooth base for the sauce.
Serve!
Mix the pasta into the sauce, then serve with grated cheese (optional) on top.
