- 2 chicken breast fillets, cut into thin strips
- 2 pak choi, quartered and roughly chopped
- 3 spring onions, thinly sliced
To serve 4, add more fresh ingredients

Korean Fried Rice
1. Cook the rice
- Bring a pan of water to the boil, then add the rice and cook for 6-8 mins (until it's about 3/4 of the way done), then drain and keep aside.

2. Start the stir-fry
- Heat some oil in a frying pan and then fry the chicken over a high heat for 2-3 mins.
- Add the pak choi in and fry for 1 min.
- Turn the heat down and add the 1 Garlic Paste with a splash of water. Stir fry for 1 min then remove everything from the pan and keep aside.

3. Add the Korean flavours
- Add a little more oil to the pan and fry the cooked rice over a medium heat for 2 mins, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, mix the 2 Gochujang Sauce and the 3 Doenjang Paste together in a small bowl with a splash of water. Then pour the mixture into the rice and stir fry until it's well mixed through.
- Tip all the chicken and veg into the rice along with most of the spring onions and mix well.
- If you're having fried eggs on top, add a little oil to the pan and fry the eggs.

Serve!
Serve the rice into bowls and top with more spring onions and a fried egg (if having).
