1 Use as a stuffing for mushrooms or bell peppers
Mix our garlic & herb cream cheese with a little parmesan if desired and spoon into the mushroom or bell pepper halves. Top with breadcrumbs and a drizzle of olive oil and bake for a crispy topping.
An excellent appetiser or side dish.
2 Stir through pasta with shredded smoked salmon
