London Dry Gin Spritz Recipe:
This sensationally sippable gin and prosecco serve is a real crowd pleaser. Best enjoyed with your feet up in the sunshine.

Ingredients

50ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin
25ml lemon juice
25ml sugar syrup
100ml prosecco
Lime twist and mint sprig (to garnish)

Method

Add the first three ingredients into an ice-filled wine glass. Top with prosecco, Gently lift with a long spoon or drinks stirrer to combine and garnish with a lime twist and mint sprig.

50ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin
100ml Tonic Water
Lime Twist

Method:
1. Take a highball glass
2. Fill with fresh ice cubes
3. Add 50ml of Sipsmith London Dry Gin
4. Add 100ml Tonic Water
5. Garnish with a lime twist, a Sipsmith favourite

The Nose: Floral, summer meadow notes, followed by mellow rounded juniper and zesty, citrus freshness.. The Palate Dry juniper leads, then reveals lemon tart & orange marmalade, before all the flavours harmonise..The Finish Dryness leads, with spicy juniper & a hint of lemon tart emerging.
