Ingredients:

50ml Sipsmith Very Berry Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
25ml Sugar Syrup
Prosecco
Lime Twist and Mint Sprig to Garnish

Method:
1. Fill a wine glass with fresh ice cubes
2. Add 50ml Sipsmith Very Berry Gin, 25ml lemon juice and 25ml sugar syrup
3. Top up with prosecco
4. Gently lift ingredients from the bottom using a swan stirrer to combine
5. Garnish with a lime twist and a mint sprig
