Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in airtight container with clear water for a maximum of two days.

1) Drain away water from pack. 2) Rinse 2-3 times under cold water. 3) Heat in a pan for 2-3 minutes or in a microwave for 1 minute. 4) Add to your favourite sauce, stir-fry, soup or salad.

Great for losing weight

I use these noodles as part of a diet to lose weight and find them really good. They dont completely match real pasta but are a good substitute!

Stinky noodles

They smell like rotten fish when you open thrm so threw them straight in the bin

not for me

these noodles have a very different texture to normal noodles there very chewy like chewing on the rind of a rasher of bacon, upon opening the packet there was a pungent fishy smell , the smell put me off right away but the texture sealed the deal and these noodles are deffo not for me.

Pleasantly surprised

I could never imagine eating these until I tried to incorporate more protein and less carbs into my diet. I gave them a whirl and was pleasantly surprised. There wasnt much of a smell to me and I think Im quite sensitive to smell. The packet suggested rinsing them, so I did, and they didnt smell any different. I put these in a stirfry and used normal udon noodles for my partner. I didnt feel disadvantaged at all - she even tried them and liked them - and normally she wont touch anything like this. Struggling to understand such negative reviews but I suppose it comes down to individual taste and WHY youre eating them. If you need to cut back then theyre a decent substitute for me.

great substitute

I have used these in stir fry with veg. Great substitute for diabetics to reduce carbs at mealtimes. They have a slightly denser/ chewy texture than pasta, but found these a good sub, and o/h who is usually fussy seems happy with them. Have been stocking up due to good life on them, and whilst half price an ideal time to try for yourself.
