Preparation and Usage
Sticky Rice
1) Heat in an open pan for 1-2 minutes or in a microwave for 1 minute. 2)

1) Empty half a packet onto a nori sheet (not included). 2) Spread of 3/4
of an area, then add fish or veg. 3)Roll, cut, and enjoy!

Its not no carbs, but 22g for box and no net carbs to subtract from. Its def lower carbs than white rice, however it looks and smells vile. Looks I could cope with but the smell is weird. I cooked it but threw it away. My husband hates muller rice, tapioca and any slimy texture with chunks like that, and I knew, aside from smell and looks, he wouldnt be keen on texture either. On the whole, disappointed. Id rather have a great day and eat rice or sushi then, as this is not worth it.
This product is marketed as a konjac rice, with "made from konjac flour" clearly emblazoned on the front, under the promising hashtags eatwater, or slimpasta. As such, it should have almost NO carbohydrates and be suitable for a keto lifestyle.
IT IS NOT. In fact, it is normal rice with a little konjac added, plus other starches such as tapioca. The carb load is a massive 23.2 grams for a small 200gr pack.
The maximum carb allowance on keto per day is just 20gr. This product is unsuitable for a low-carb diet, and fraudulently marketed.
Disappointing. I cooked in the microwave as per instructions and a total mush came out of the packet. Those grains still intact were more like tapioca (texture of frog spawn) than rice. Totally not the quality sushi or sticky rice I was expecting. It went in the bin. Will definitely spend time boiling proper rice next time.
the texture of this is gross, we used in for sushi but it didnt do well even with plenty of seasoning it just was terrible went in the bin wouldn't even give it the stray cat i feed and i hate waste stick to sticky rice if you want a good rice meal
