In 1571 William Slingsby discovered the unique properties of the natural spring water from Harrogate's Tewit Well. Inspired by an 18th century recipe, our Old Tom Gin is crafted using locally sourced botanicals that are synonomous with the beautiful and restorative nature of Harrogate including primrose, Taylors of Harrogate green & jasmine tea, sweet cicely, nettle, rhubarb, milk thistle, rosehip and Yorkshire liquorice. These unique botanicals are complemented with water drawn from the world-famous Harrogate aquifier, pure single grain spirit and a handful of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world.
