Scientifically Proven Strains (not generic bends)
Different strains do different things – so using the wrong ones won’t deliver results. Lactobacillus rhamnosus, LGG® is the world’s most scientifically studied bacterial strain and is specifically recommended by the World Gastroenterology Organisation (WGO) and leading paediatric guidelines for use alongside antibiotics. Right Strain
Contains Lactobacillus rhamnosus LGG® – clinically proven to reach the gut alive and help support the gut microbiome during and after antibiotics. Each capsule contains the exact strain, format and dose used in scientific studies.
Right Time
For when you're on antibiotics: Start on the first day of antibiotic treatment. Take two capsules daily for the full course, then continue for at least 7 days afterwards. Ideally, take 2 hours apart from your antibiotic dose. For when you're travelling: Take daily for one week before travelling, then continue for the duration of your travels.
Right Way
Swallow capsules with water. Adults and children (4+) take 2 capsules daily to provide the recommended 20 billion LGG®. Capsules can be opened and mixed into cold food or non-fizzy drinks for children.
Suitable For
Adults and children aged 4+, and is safe to take during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Preparation and Usage
Starting on the first day of antibiotic treatment, take daily for the duration of the course and continue for 7 days after treatment has ended.

Right Way:
Directions: Swallow each capsule whole with a glass of water. For children, open capsule and mix content into cold food or non-fizzy drinks.
Preferably take 2 hours apart from antibiotics.
Dosage: For children and adults from 4 years of age: 2 capsules per day (ideally morning and evening).
