Step 1:

Pre Stain Remover – Apply stain remover and scrub upper and lower teeth using swab.

Step 2:

LED Light – Remove film and insert batteries to prepare LED Light.

Step 3:

Whitening Agent – Dispense 0.5ml of whitening gel onto inside front section of upper arch of tray. Repeat procedure for lower arch of tray.

Step 4:

The Treatment** – Attached LED Light to Tray, insert tray onto upper and lower arches of teeth. Leave for 15-20 minutes. Remove and wash tray for later use. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes.

**Repeat the process for both upper and lower teeth once a day until desired shade of white is attained.
