So what is a Soffle?
All goodness you will be pleased to hear! Firstly Soffles hate the thought of using the deep fat fryer, so each pitta chip is oven roasted to achieve the perfect unique crunch. Before they head to the heat they are given a good dose of Black Pepper, followed by a shakedown of olive oil and sea salt.
