Ready in 4 Easy Steps:
1 Cook Rice
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas mark 6. In a small saucepan, add the Sosu Sticky Rice and 250ml water with a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then cover and turn to a low heat for 12 mins (by this time the water will have absorbed and the rice will be sticky and soft). Keep in the pan with the lid on until ready to serve.
2 Bake Protein with Sauce
Cut half a head of broccoli into florets and place with the salmon or your protein of choice in a deep baking dish. Squeeze over the Sosu Miso Cooking Paste (the small sachet) and mix well. Bake for 10 mins.
3 Glaze
Take the baking dish out of the oven, pour over the Sosu Teriyaki Cooking Sauce (the big sachet) and return to the oven for a further 3 mins.
4 Serve & enjoy
Divide the rice between two bowls, add the protein and broccoli and grate the carrot on top. Sprinkle the SOSU Furikake Seasoning to taste.
