Miso paste

This miso cooking paste is full of flavour and has a lovely sweet taste. A little goes along way so great value.

Tasty but mild

This has a lovely flavour, but for a miso fiend like myself, I found the flavour to be a bit too subtle. We marinaded cod using it, which did enhance the taste somewhat. Next time we'll try with aubergine.

Miso

Never cooked with miso before, but will definitely be doing so again! Great flavour easy to use! Has opened up a whole new range of recipes that the family loves!

Good miso taste

I was a little apprehensive when buying this, as I have never used it before. However I found a recipe for miso soup and it was just as tasty as ones I had had in restaurants. The taste was just the same

Lovely!

I have enjoyed trying the different products in this range. This miso paste is packed full of flavour, a little goes a long way! Be wary of how much additional salt you put in your dish, it's best to taste before adding any additional salt as the miso paste is salty. It gives a lovely umami flavour. So far I have only tried as a broth with glass noodles and gyoza, and the results are amazingly delicious!

Savoury and unami flavour. Small bottle but concentrated flavour and so goes far.
