Ready in 4 Easy Steps:
1 Season Protein
Slice the chicken breasts or your protein of choice.
Mix with 1 tbsp of oil and half of the Sosu Togarashi Seasoning.
Slice the onion and two peppers. Keep them aside.
2 Cook Noodles
In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add the Sosu noodles and stir to prevent them from sticking together.
Cook for 6 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water.
3 Stir-Fry
Heat a large non-stick frying pan/wok over medium/high heat, add the seasoned chicken, vegetables and the Sosu Miso Cooking Paste (the small sachet) and fry for 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Lower the heat, add the cooked noodles and the Sosu Teriyaki Cooking Sauce (the big sachet). Stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.
4 Serve and Enjoy
Divide between 2 bowls. Chop the spring onions and add on top. Enjoy!
Tip: Sprinkle over the rest of the Sosu togarashi seasoning for a spicier kick!
