Spice Drops are concentrated extracts that retain all the natural goodness and flavour of the herbs, fruits and flowers.

Lemongrass is our signature extract. We have over 30 years experience cultivating and extracting extraordinary flavour from a traditionally very difficult herb. A core spice in Ayurveda, lemongrass has many proven health benefits and can be added to sweet and savoury dishes or drunk as a simple tea.

Usage Ratio

1 drop = 1 stick of lemongrass

Store in cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.

Why not try 3 drops per serving in chicken (or vegetable) broth for a comforting soup. Boil 75ml water, 150g caster sugar (10 mins). Cool and add 7- 8 drops. Pour over warm chocolate cake.

For best results use in the final stages of preparation or just before serving. For drinks, add the drop(s) first in the container and pour the drink on top. Shake well before use. If stored correctly, stays fresh for up to 3 years.
