Spice Drops are concentrated extracts that retain all the natural goodness and flavour of the herbs, fruits and flowers.
There are many different mints. Our Mint Spice Drops® has the authentic spearmint flavour which is the mint which goes with roast lamb and is best suited to savoury recipes. Peppermint is the version for sweet dishes and confectionery such as ice cream and peppermint cream.

Preparation and Usage
Why not try Instant Mint Tea: put 3 drops in a glass add boiled water. For Mojito Tea: put 3 drops in a glass together with 2tsps sugar, 25ml white rum, juice ½ lime garnish with a slice of lime and sip slowly.
For best results use in the final stages of preparation or just before serving. For drinks, add the drop(s) first in the container and pour the drink on top. Shake well before use. If stored correctly, stays fresh for up to 3 years.
