Spice Drops are concentrated extracts that retain all the natural goodness and flavour of the herbs, fruits and flowers.
Rose has a long history as food and is enjoying something of a revival especially in baking and cocktails. Our Rose Spice Drops® are more intense than rose water and less overpowering than rose oil. They are perfect for food and drink where you want flavour and not perfume.

Preparation and Usage
Why not try Rose Scented Peaches: 2 fresh peaches halved, mix 100ml sugar syrup with 10 Rose Spice Drops. Bring the syrup to simmering point. Poach peaches for 5 mins in the syrup and allow to cool. Serve just warm with with honeyed yoghurt.
For best results use in the final stages of preparation or just before serving. For drinks, add the drop(s) first in the container and pour the drink on top. Shake well before use. If stored correctly, stays fresh for up to 3 years.
